1. Because they think she's an easy target. So by that she would it because she had a deep feeling she would feel like one of them.
2.Well, mark. Because he's got a dislike in somebody. Between that, that incident with the cat truely was very, cruel.

3. MARK: to blindfold Mr. Griffin and make him runs. He is the leader and convinces everyone to join and consider playing a part in the scheme. BETSY: to be like a side kick to mark. She’s has to be cool because like she’s popular and is head of the cheerleader squad. JEFF: He helps with all the tying and blindfolding. He only participates because of mark and Betsy’s convincing. Also I guess to stay on a certain level of coolness with Mark and Betsy. SUSAN: is the decoy. DAVE: he’s the alibi. He’s likes a challenge so he wouldn’t really turn it down.
